 BADMINTON

Badminton is a very fast sport when played at a high level which involves a lot of twisting, reaching for shots and sudden stopping.

The whole body is actually at risk but the most common badminton injuries are the shoulder, elbow, knee and wrist followed by the ankle.

Introduce how you can prevent the injuries.

ELBOW

Tennis Elbow is inflammation of the tendons of the forearm at the point where they insert into the Humerus (upper arm) bone on the outer side of the elbow. This inflammation is caused by prolonged gripping activities such as when gripping a racquet during Badminton.

WRIST
The wrist is used a great deal in many racquet sports, especially badminton. Wrist tendonitis in badminton is a common overuse injury that can cause players a great deal of pain. Fortunately, with rest and proper wrist tendonitis treatment, badminton players can usually make a quick return to sport.
