HOW TO CUT

1. While standing, lift the knee up to a 90° angle and apply the base of the Y-Strip to the side of the leg, slightly beneath the quadriceps. Then tape the upper branch around the hip joint as if embracing it.
 2. Apply the lower branch around the hip joint as if embracing it.
