WHEN IT IS PAINFUL TO LIE DOWN 


 [ How to tape]


1. Attach the tape to the right pubis on the basis of the belly button














2. The patient should make the belly  expand. Attach the tape upward to the right side of pit of the stomach, passing by the side of belly button.

3. Attach one side of the tape to the right pubis.













4. The patient should make the belly expand. Attach the tape upward to the left side of the pit of the stomach, passing by the side of the belly button.





  [STRENGTHENING EXERCISE]





Start: Position by lying back with knees and hip joint bent. 

Action: Support the head with both hands, and bend the abdomen until the shoulders are raised to strengthen the belly. 

Note: For a strengthening exercise, repeat it 15~20 times , in 2~3 sets
